"This is not a matter of shame or blame, but of absence of the proper. It is a matter of hygiene and culture. In other words it is a matter of public life quality, which a city needs so much. There is a need for the proper, there is a need for public toilets."
The aim was to design a structure that will function as a public toilet which to welcomes 4 men and 4 women as well as 2 disabled people.
